王长斌,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1977年12月生于山东茌平,1999年于中国人民大学获经济学学士学位,2008年于中国人民大学商学院获管理学博士学位,并于同年进入北京工商大学商学院任教。主讲“组织行为学”、“企业管理实践”等本科和MBA课程;主要研究方向包括组织理论与人力资源管理、企业软实力、服务管理与服务创新等。以第一作者身份发表核心期刊论文10余篇,多篇论文被CSSCI收录,另有专着1部、合着1部、编着3部、译着1部,开发MBA管理案例1篇。主持北京市社会科学基金课题1项:北京大型零售企业软实力提升路径研究(13JDJGC052),作为第二负责人完成国家级课题“全国服务业科技工作者调查”1项,另参与国家自然科学基金面上课题1项、全国教育科学规划课题1项,其他课题4项。王长斌博士有较丰富的企业管理工作经验,早年为新奥集团、雅戈尔集团、山东黄金、玉柴机器、中海油等多家中国500强企业提供过组织文化和制度建设咨询服务,近年来结合学科方向,专注于以案例研究方法研究组织变革和服务管理领域的理论问题,并先后为中国商业文化研究会、北京市商委、济南华联商厦集团、烟台银行、北京燕莎奥特莱斯购物中心等机构和企业提供研究和顾问服务。
Wang Changbin, male, associate professor and master tutor of Business School, Beijing Technology & Business University. He has been teaching organizational behavior and Enterprise Management Simulation for years. In 2008 he attained his ph.d in management from Renmin University of China and joined in BTBU and now his major research interests includes organizational theory and human resource management, enterprise soft power,service management and service innovation, etc.
As a sub-project leader, he has co-completed the "Blue Book of Chinese business culture" (2011), " Common Problems faced by Beijing wholesale and retail enterprises " (2012), "National investigation report of Chinese human resources devoted to S&T in Service industry " (2012 ). And now, he is the leading researcher on project: “The Research on Soft Power Promotion Methods of Retail Enterprise” (13JDJGC052), supported by Beijing social science fund. He has published more than 10 papers in core journals with 5 papers indexed by CSSCI,1 monograph on “A model on regional corporate culture and its formation mechanism”, translated “Know What You Don't Know- How Great Leaders Prevent Problems Before They Happen”into Chinese published by China Renmin University Press.
