朱蓉，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，毕业于中国人民大学商学院，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学和美国洛厄尔麻省大学公派访问学者。主讲“战略管理”、“管理学”、“商务英语”等本科、MBA和国际MBA课程，致力于企业战略和组织理论的研究。研究领域包括组织战略、制度理论、互联网金融、网络零售、创新创业等。在中文核心期刊上发表论文10余篇，英文论文3篇，出版专着1部。参与国家自科课题、国家社科课题各1项、省部级课题5项，主持北京市社会科学基金项目、北京市教育委员会基金项目、北京市哲学社会科学首都流通业研究基地项目、北京工商大学青年教师科研启动基金项目以及企业委托课题。成为包括美国管理学会和中国管理研究国际学会等学术协会的成员。
 
Zhu Rong is an associate professor and master advisor in School of Business, Beijing Technology and Business University. She received her PhD in School of Business, Renmin University of China. She ever visited and studied in University of British Columbia, Canada, and University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA. Dr. Zhu teaches the courses of management, strategic management and business English for undergraduate students, MBA and international MBA. Her research interests include organizational strategy, institutional theory, internet finance, internet retail, innovation and entrepreneurship. Dr. Zhu has published over ten papers in academic journals, three papers in English, and one academic monograph. In addition, she participated in a project of National Natural Science Foundation and a project of National Social Science Foundation. Her research projects are supported by Beijing Social Science Foundation, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, BTBU, and Research Center for Capital Commercial Industry. She also provides consulting for enterprises. She is a member of several professional associations such as Academy of Management and International Association for Chinese Management Research.
