余琰，1986年7月生于福建省福州，博士，副教授。分别于2008年、2010年和2014年获得中国人民大学管理学学士、中国人民大学管理学硕士和北京大学博士学位（会计学），2014年7月加入北京工商大学商学院。主要研究领域包括了公司财务、会计信息质量和风险投资等。先后在《经济研究》、《中国会计评论》等刊物上发表论文。参与自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目各1项。

Yu yan, born in Fuzhou, Fujian province in July 1986, doctor, associate professor. He received his bachelor's degree in Management in 2008, master's degree in Management in 2010, both from Renmin University of China, and his doctor's degree in Accounting in 2014 from Peking University. He has joined the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University in July 2014. His main research areas include Corporate Finance, Accounting Information Quality and Venture Capital, etc.. He has published many papers in , and other journals. He has participated in one natural science fund project and one humanities and social science project of the ministry of education.
