在细菌学、病毒学及医学的权威期刊 Journal of bacteriology, Journal of Virology, Emerging Infectious Diseases等发表论文10余篇，中文核心20余篇。与中国疾病预防控制中心CDC合作，首次在健康人携带的沙门氏菌中找到mcr-1基因的突变体，被国外媒体及新华社报导。
